Consulting with you over ways to maximize return of your home with less days on market, by determining which efforts will make the most significant difference in the actual sale of the home either in a DIY manner or using our assistance. We can stage your home using your belongings, and/or some of our accessories/furniture to bring out the best in your house.
After the consultation, you will have a clear plan of how and where to get started. Once this homework is completed, we can return and “shop” your house searching for just the right artwork or accessory to properly stage each room. This is a great budget saver as we can be very creative in using what you already have. On the outside chance additional items are needed, (i.e. greenery, pillows, art) we can make the final list so these critical items are available just before your marketing photos are taken.
This consultation appointment can be a stand alone service or oftentimes this is where many decide they would like us to come back for further assistance to help with things such as: decluttering, pre-packing of personal items, and the removal of excess furniture. Additional fees for these services by the hour.
